This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Primary Responsibilities:Develop intuitive and attractive static and interactive data visualizations for presentations to senior stakeholders and Unit HeadsEstablish data visualization standards and explore new, cutting-edge tools to periodically raise those standardsDesign, develop & maintaining visual display of all unit performance / business metricsTo play a critical role in enabling the ability to bring order and insight to the data.Maintain the integrity of the MI Process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistentEnsure reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLAsRegularly review the team performance & guide towards improvement opportunitiesTrain & assist the team member to achieve the desired business goalAutomation of defined work load via BI Tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAS or Transformation of data to desired output via ETL tools like Talend, PAXATAShould be able to come up with trends and models to improve operations performanceProvide suggestions to improve operational efficiency by assessing the gaps in the delivery processesSupport the entire Finance portfolio of GBO across the 3 hubs working along with Business FinanceAbility to analyze the financials and highlight key pointers to the managementSupport the Budgeting and FC1/2 exercise for GBOBe the central point of contact on all billing / recharges etc.Handle billing related queries from the countries and support with relevant informationKey Skills:-Demonstrated ability to take complex information and/or large data sets and translate them for use in graphic or interactive visualizations for the web and/or other mediaStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills as evidenced by publications or cover letterExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under extensive pressure and deliver efficient results on timeDesirable Skills:Math & Statistical AnalysisAbility to interpret and collate relevant dataAbility to document complex business processes and handle all types of customer requestsQualification: Graduate, Graduate in Commerce, Management, Mathematics or StatisticsFront face to plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements definition sessions, meetings, presentations, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders as needed to define and analyze business problemsYears of Experience: Total 12+ Years of experience in Management InformationReporting to: VP,
