Job Description

    Position PurposeThis is a replacement role & the personnel coming onboard will play a vital role in managing the operations, governance of PSP. This profile will help in liaising during several audits, work on process improvement & other related activities not limited to process but also interact with Suppliers & Senior stakeholders in the organisation. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities o Have a complete overview of Supplier management process.
    • Understand operation metrics & standard operating procedure, ensure adherence in day-to-day work.
    • Articulate & update SOP periodically as per enhancements & controls.
    o Liaise with Controls and auditors as a SPOC, work with the team to provide evidence, collaborate during various audits.
    • Maintain data pertaining to Audit & work with the team to implement controls.
    o Liaise with suppliers engaged for external hiring & interact with internal stakeholders.
    • Lead organization driven initiatives including RFP, Supplier performance assessment & work on cost saving related initiatives.
    o Usage of systems (Beeline & other related tools)o Responsible for SOW tracking & management Contributing Responsibilities
    • Take part actively in CLRA related review.
    • Support contract related management process.
    • Brainstorm & drive process improvement discussions.
