Reference Data Technology is responsible for the strategy, sourcing, maintenance, and distribution of Reference Data across the Bank. It is also responsible for Global Markets Client Onboarding, Reg W, and FMU Reporting. Reference Data comprises 3 main categories - Client, Instrument and Book. Reference Data Technology is a provider of data for Front to Back Flows, Enterprise Supply Chain, Risk, Banking, GWIM and Compliance. PME and Bookmap are the firms Authorized Data Sources for Instrument and Book data. Cesium is the System of Record for Client data in Global Markets. Some of the data domains include but are not limited to:

Job Description
This position is for a team lead manager for a feature team that delivers enhancements and bug fixes and also serves as L3 support for applications that host Instrument Securities reference data within Bank. The candidate will be responsible to mentor and motivate the team to deliver assigned tasks on time, with quality, following all stipulated processes. Apart from this, the candidate will also be required to be hands on and develop solutions as required. He she will also work closely with the global team members management and ensure that everyone is on the same page on things that matter to the team. The candidate will also be required to drive a high performance work culture in the team.
