Job Description

  • Drive acquisition of quality clients and upgrade of clients to this elite segment in the existing DBS Branch or new branch as assigned.
  • Accountable for achieving monthly & annual sales targets for the Treasures Elite Client Segment
  • Monitoring of progress towards achieving targets is done on a weekly basis.
  • Agree targets and take accountability for the overall achievement of CBG product portfolio performance objectives for the branch in terms of
  • Customer Experience, Sales Growth & Income Contribution.
  • Costs performance, Employee Satisfaction, Risk and rigour management.
  • Provide clear direction on business objectives, translating and prioritizing into business performance measures.
  • Build and develop a high performing team in existing DBS Branch and setting up of a high performing team in the new branch assigned
  • (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
  • Establish, manage and grow the elite Treasures segment for the Cluster /City. (Client AUM => INR 20 Million)
  • Lead a team of vintage Treasures Relationship Managers to ensure on-boarding, client coverage and client economics.
  • Lead and manage the 100% portfolio reviews of these clients by Investments teams with a clear focus on retention and growth of AUM
  • Ensure RM loading of 80 Households with AUM > 1 CR and Return on assets of 1.5% per quarter and deliver other productivity metrics
  • Ensure service delivery of these clients by building appropriate workflows and processes incl. doorstep banking etc.
  • Establish DBS Bank as a wealth management provider in India.
  • Undertake frequent competitor analysis so that DBS product suites for the elite Treasures clients is in line with (or ahead of) competing banks.
  • 12+ years in Wealth/ Private Banking Sales with team management experience in a reputed banking/ financial services firm.
  • MBA/Post Graduate in the relevant field
