As a Hiring Partner for many IT organizations, We are hiring Azure Cloud Architect(s), which are direct and full time with the global Product and Infrastructure solutioning organization.interested candidates can share the word format resume with ctc and notice period details at : hidden_email# Role : Cloud Architect-Manager# Experience : 8-12 Yrs# Location : Chennai# Highlights- Expertise in Azure cloud-native architectures including multi-tenant, scalable, and resilient solutions.- Drive Cloud Architecture & Lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance, performance, agility, HA/DR,data protection solutions.- Expertise on Azure services such as Compute (VMs, Containers), Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure Active Directory).- Technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues.- Assess and develop application modernization architecture towards re-platforming Azure IaaS & PaaS services.- Build quick POCs, pilots and production deployments- Develop and maintain HLD, LLD documents and technical specifications,POC,Best Practices.# Roles & Responsibilities :
• Design and deploy best practice solutions that adhere to the business needs and drive business outcome
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and regional customer leadership teams to understand the business requirements and design cloud solutions architecture and documentations
• Technically lead projects deliveries end to end.
• Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations keeping ManpowerGroups global data protection requirements in mind.
• Develop and maintain HLD, LLD documents and technical specifications
• Support migration of on-premises and collaboration services to the Microsoft Cloud. Collaboration with the migration team including the Engineering & Database team.
• Assess and develop application modernization architecture towards re-platforming Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Ability to back decisions with research and articulate several options in complex situations, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Manage and engage closely with architecture, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organization.
• Monitor the technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions that can benefit ManpowerGroup as a whole.
• Build quick POCs, pilots and production deployments
• Keep up to date with latest Azure services, features and competitive insights. Evaluate technology and tools to enable the product ecosystem in ManpowerGroup.
# Skills & Experience :
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud-native architectures including multi-tenant, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Must have at least 4 years experience in designing, executing and supporting IT cloud solutions for any large multinational corporation at Global or Regional level.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as Compute (VMs, Containers), Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure Active Directory).
• Proficiency in Terraform and Azure DevOps for cloud automation and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience in designing and configuring Azure Cloud Services, Resource Manager, Networking, Security, Virtual Machines, App Services, SQL Database, Iaas, PaaS Services, Storage, DevOps, Active Directory, and other Azure Functions
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest cloud services, trends and technologies.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong interest and curiosity in leveraging the latest in tech to solve customer problems.
• Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.
• Experience meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing needs
