Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Ensure correctness and accuracy of the data that is being processed.
  • Ensure that the data generated from our end is in adherence with laid down procedures.
  • To adhere and process, as per the instructions in documented procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute transactions within the agreed timelines and accuracy, as specified in the Service Level Agreement.
  • To escalate exceptions to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
  • Comply with all applicable rules / regulations of the Company / Group policies and adherence to Group Code of Conduct.
  • Should cross-train oneself with other processes in the unit.
  • Processing as per departmental operating instructions manual / process note.
  • To ensure that errors are highlighted or reported on the same day of identification to the Supervisor/Line Manager
  • Take accountability and follow existing operational processes / controls and suggests, if changes required with a view to mitigate operational risk.
  • Recommend process / workflow changes for greater efficiency and control.
  • To identify and report all exceptions on non-compliance with standard controls
  • To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls
  • Upholding the values of the Group and the Company at all times
KEY MEASURES:
  • Achieve high levels of productivity and error free processing
  • Flexible in work priorities to meet business requirements with a constructive attitude
  • Adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
