    Designation: Customer Service Associate.Process: Banking Voice
    • Location: Egmore, Chennai.
    • Mode of work: Work from office.
    • Working days: 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
    • Role: Permanent | On-Role.
    *Preferred candidates:
    • Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
    • *Salary: INR 14000 to INR 23000 Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).
    Job description: - As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.Eligibility criteria: -
    • *Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
    Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
    • *Languages required - LOOKING FOR THREE LANGUAGES SPEAKING CANDIDATE combination of (Hindi Any 2 Mentioned languages).
    • Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi, Konkani, Assamese.
    • For Example: (Hindi English Tamil), (Hindi English Bengali), (Hindi English Marathi), (Hindi English Telugu, (Hindi English Malayalam), (Hindi English Kannada), (Hindi English Odia) .etc.
    *Willing to do rotational shifts.
