Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business.What you will be doing

  • Involving in Production Support
  • Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
  • Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
  • Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures
What you bring:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in VoiceProduct Support,
  • Hands of experience in Network & Servicenow
  • Hands of experience in password resets, adds or deletes for BASE2000,
  • Good in TBS, Payments One Card, and SSL requests.
  • Need to work on regular Night Shift.
Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
