Job Description

Job purpose:Digital Banking professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of Digital Banking platform & products SAP Banking, Kony, Backbase, Xamarin & OutsystemsYour client responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact throughout the life of your project
• Early identification of project risks
• Contingency and scenario planning
• Rapid resolution of any issues
• Scope change management
• Resource management
• Ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met on time and in full
• Monitoring the progress of the project
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

• Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Foster teamwork and lead by example
• Training and mentoring of project resources
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Mandatory skills:

• Must have worked in Atleast one or more implementations of Digital Banking Solutions such as Kony, Backbase, Xamarin, Outsystems and SAP Banking,
• Well versed in Techno functional aspects of the product and experienced in designing and oversee projects to ensure proper architecture is implemented
• Good understanding of the architecture, administration, configuration, data structure of various Next Gen Digital Banking Products
• Candidate should be Techno Functional and demonstrate the ability to engage with cross functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skills
• Must have experience in Scope, Time and Budget management
• Hands on experience as Project Manager - handling various phases of the project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure. Able to handle at least 3 projects at a time.
• Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira/Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience in broader Banking areas including Retail and Wholesale Banking Across channels traditional (Branch Banking) and Digital including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Kiosks, IVR, Social, Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL
• Experience in Commercial Lending, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Payments, Treasury, SWIFT
• Expertise in new channels and ability to spot trends in fast changing channel technology
• Experience in large Digital Banking transformation initiatives such as Multi Channel Optimization, Customer Experience, Online Banking refresh, Channel migration, payment transformation desirable
• Ability to understand emerging demands of customer centricity and develop solutions to meet that demand
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD
• Excellent business communication skills
• Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of more than 8 years.

Preferred skills:

• Well versed with Agile Framework
• Experience in DevOps dashboard
• Prior Client facing experience
