In this role, you ll support our country manager in handling all business development concerns. You ll also be in charge of updating and maintaining capability statements and documents related to our Project and Development business in country, including company-wide communications, statistics, case studies and process documents.Likewise, you will work closely with regional marketing and communications teams on matters related to business development, corporate branding, marketing collaterals, presentations and others. This job also calls for exceptional people skills, as you ll manage and collate customer satisfaction surveys, hold update meetings, and conduct at least 40 hours of individual training per year.Unlocking business opportunities Do you have an eye for potential opportunities As the person in charge, we want you to be on the lookout for business opportunities for our PDS business in country. You ll help unlock these prospective projects by working on service proposals, presentations slides and documents to be used in client pitches. Your role is also central in securing projects and developing pipeline for future endeavours.Sound like you To apply you need to be:A seasoned expertAn ideal candidate will have a degree in design- or construction-related disciplines; and at least 10 years experience in managing mid and upscale projects, as well as projects within your local geography and the wider Asia Pacific market.We are also looking for someone with a solid background in the project development cycle including feasibilities, design management, project management, cost management and construction.
