  • Sound knowledge on life insurance
  • Operate seamlessly with great efficiencies in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Communicate effectively (oral and written) and deliver with just the required level of guidance
  • Analyze huge volume of data using MS Office tools (Excel, Access)
  • Provide inputs to build/enhance automation solutions
  • Report the status of work assigned in a proactive manner
  • Should have potential to bring in process enhancement with AFTE
  • Capable to understand and achieve the organization goals & standards
  • Capable of interacting with Clients over phone & emails
  • Should be able to find opportunities towards process improvement
  • Capable to manage a team of 20+ associates
Required Skills for this role include:
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance domain preferably from Health Care BPO.
  • Handled a team size of 20+
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a professional/office related role that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively and provide issue resolution
  • Value add if already supervisor role is done supporting the BPO operations.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM and to be flexible to accommodate business requirements
