The Branch Manager will also manage a team of loan officers and support staff. Some work from home is acceptable.Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Sound knowledge of housing finance and home loan products
    • Experience in managing sales targets and customer service
    • Ability to plan, execute and monitor branch operations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good knowledge of policies and regulations of the housing finance industry
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
