Job Title: Branch Manager Home Loans - Multiple locationsJob ResponsibilityResponsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursalsLeading a team of RMs and CSMs Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
