Job Description

    Role- AuthorizerLocation - Chennai, Kanyakumari, Pudukkottai, Theni, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, VirudhunagarJob Profile:
    1. Supervise & monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff 2. Branch administration 3. Lobby Management 4. Ensure quality customer service is delivered 5. Resolution of customer queries/complaints 6. Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues 7. Monitor Staff productivity and give guidance on improving the same in conjunction with the Branch Manager 8. Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable 9. Branch Operations and Audit Compliance 10. Authorize Personal Banker transactions 11. Corporate salaries processing 12. Cost Management and staff productivity 13. Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters 14. Supervising all Non-Cash transactions like DD/MC, fund transfer etc 15. Penetration of Saving Accounts on non-liability customers 16. Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required format 17. Branch Merchandising 18. Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers 19. Generate leads for Third Party Products to the customers 20. Ensure that all tellers are adequately trained on the Products of the bank
