    • Allocating target to the Sales Team.
    • Develop business plan to support the Sales Team.
    • Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.
    • Building Builder/ Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships
    • Executing business plans for the area under purview
    Team Management
    • Manage a Team of BDEs and provide Training and support in team developing activities
    • Conduct team meetings, provide individual & team feedback and ensuring team work
    • Handle individual and team objections, queries and motivate the team
    • Retaining Team Members
    • Continuously exploring new business opportunities
    • Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control
    Note: 1. You will be required to carry out any other assignments if need arises and as directed by the superiors.2. The above are broad role and responsibilities and may change / enhance as per the requirement of the Organization.The role of BDEs in your team is :
    • Selling LAP, Mortgages/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by Organizations.
    • Generate Leads From Builder and Other Sources.
    • Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie Ups with Builders.
    • Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader.
