To achieve the organization goal for the assigned branch(s)/geography in terms of revenue and To maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in thatBranch/geography. Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue. Handling day to day activities of channel management, team management and salesmanagement. Interact regularly with the channel partners at agreed levels to have a committed and apartnership based relationship.Experience required: 6+ years in Bancassurance Sales with 2+ years of team handling experience (at least team of 3-4 people) in the banca channel, preferably in the insurance industry.
