The HR Services center of excellence s aspiration is to enable HR services at scale, simplify processes and transactions, improve data quality and consistency, and help deliver a great employee experience across Microsoft. The Business Administrator role is a key one within the team that requires ability to work independently, maintain data integrity, be flexible and able to adopt to changing direction in rapid response to a fluctuating work environment and prioritize among multiple projects with a dynamically changing workload.The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills combined with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and high energy. The candidate should be able to maintain focus persona under pressure, professional interactions with others, and be able to establish credibility with all internal and external contacts.The Business Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sr. Service Centre leader and the entire onsite HR Services team.
