Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients through phone, email, instant messaging, and in person to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and handle payments. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills, along with a willingness to learn.Your responsibilities will include achieving and surpassing sales targets, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and addressing client inquiries. Success in this position requires self-motivation, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, instant messaging, and in person to understand their needs and drive sales.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
    • Customer Service: Address client questions and concerns, following up to ensure satisfaction.
    • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.
    • CRM Management: Manage the sales process in the CRM, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Team Collaboration: Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities as required.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate, with a commitment to staying with the company for at least 2 years.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales-related role (excluding field sales, retail, textile, or showroom sales).
    Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
    Personal Attributes:
    • Patient, punctual, and reliable with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Highly self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, and eager to go the extra mile to achieve success.
