Evaluating business processes, anticipating. requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Involve in business process analysis & mapping, project plan formulation, execution and implementation. Should be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users in a simple way and produce a documentation based on the findings. Collaborate with developers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are accurately understood and implemented. Ability to Use the CRM to capture all the activities of Sales and update it appropriately at the right time.
