Selected candidates will be posted as Assistant Manager/Manager.Qualification - Graduate / PGExperience - Minimum 3 - 4 years experience (In core LMS Field)Age - Should be Upto 35 years.CTCas per industry standardsJOB PROFILE:
    • Candidate must have hands on experience in Banking/Finance field.
    • Communicate with user/business team for gathering requirement, analyze the outcome expected and drafting of BRDs.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather requirement and convert them in to suitable IT solutions.
    • Coordinate with business team for implementation of Live Patches and ensure that smooth function after Live implementation
    • Should have good communication skills to coordinate with business and IT Team.
    Key Skills Required:
    • Should have good knowledge in Banking/Finance Domain
    • Must have good communication and problem solving skills
    • Must have minimum five years experience in requirement gathering and BRD.
    • Should have excellent MIS Knowledge.
