  • Must have Asp.net MVC,HTML and Web API knowledge
  1. Shall worked with the SDLC/Agile methods with Development/testing team
  2. Should have understanding of the technology spectrum and should be able to adopt the needs of the changing technologies
  3. Experience and Exposure of Working in BI tools and Web applications.
  4. Domain knowledge in Work force planning Methodology
BA Responsibilities:
  1. Gathering requirements, assisting in the design and implementation of business solutions, workflows and reports, and managing data integrity, timeliness, and accuracy. The ideal person is as comfortable with systems, analyses, and reporting as they are understanding, and communicating, to diverse stakeholders.
  2. Develop an Initial Solution diagram, Base level diagram and provide to the Architect.
  3. Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
  4. .NET technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and web technologies
  5. Able to understand the technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies
    1. Should have understanding of the technology spectrum and should be able to adopt the needs of the changing technologies
    2. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
    3. Understand the internal approval tools, adopt key performance indicators (KPIs)
  1. Demonstrates high degree of ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making and implement effective resolutions
  1. Experience in managing the operational metrics of the workforce management
