3 - 5 years hands on experience as BA. Needs to have good knowledge in US health care preferably having good understanding on Pharmacy and Medical Claims management as part of Reimbursement Optimization. Should have excellent documentation skills. Needs to coordinate with the clients and / or Business Users / Stakeholders to get the requirements. Needs to understand the current product Creation of functional specication documents for the product development. Should be able to capture the requirements that is easy for Development team , QA team , non - technical also to do be able to understand. Ensuring technical feasibility by coordinating with the technical teams. Working with onshore Business Users / Clients to gather requirements. Ability to create Mockups using simulation tools to visualize the requirement. Needs to have basic or minimal SQL knowledge. Working with the onshore and oshore development team to ensure that business requirements are translated and understood. Ensure working within the timelines and getting necessary sign - o on each stages of work from stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and very good stakeholder management. Needs to do Product Acceptance testing. Ability to work independently and as team is required.,
