Job Description

Our growing Product team is looking for a Business Analyst to plan, design, and execute on key FourKites AI-Based Products. This team member will be crucial to scaling and designing FourKites most advanced features. The ideal candidate has previous experience in feature ideation and execution within AI-based OR Supply Chain applications.Responsibilities

  • Illustrating current state and performance of FourKites most advanced features.
  • Developing business metrics to monitor feature performance and customer adoption; Prioritize, and build features to improve these metrics
  • Researching advanced solutions to fulfill product and customer objectives
  • Working with the engineering team to design and roadmap the deployment of AI-based transportation solutions
  • Documenting, training, and educating internal customers on the solutions developed/implemented
  • Building partnerships internally to both support and influence strategic decisions
  • Communicating and coordinating project statuses across various internal stakeholders in multiple time zones
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree from premier institutes (IIT / IIIT)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
  • Ability to independently drive projects based on analysis, across multiple teams
  • High interest in SaaS and Data Science, this role will be heavily involved in product success and heavily innovative.
  • Strong working knowledge in reporting software (Grafana/Tableau/Excel). SQL is a plus.
  • Strong team player, excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while meeting deliverables under tight time constraints
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations
