From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should be committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in a changing digital landscape.Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across business, functions, and markets to understand/document business processes. Leverage tools and platforms (like process mining) to identify suboptimal processes, and propose alternatives to eliminate inefficiencies. Prepare/support in drafting business cases for process improvements using industry standard and inhouse tools (like ROI calculators) Create business requirement documentation, delivered in the form of PDD (Process Definition Document) Drive specific sessions with development and architectural teams to define the best approach for the proposed solutions considering stakeholders expectations (like scalability) Ensure the creation of a comprehensive test plan that meets the functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders Manage the requirements pipeline and co-own the prioritization along with the stakeholders Collaborate with the development team on the backlog management Keep stakeholders updated on their respective requirements during the life cycle Identify training and change management required for the proposed process Ensure that all required signoffs are obtained on time as per the project plan Keep on top of the new technologies and art-of-the-possible.Required Skills And Qualifications About 5 years of overall experience, with 3 in continuous improvement and/or automation Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong understanding of BPMN (or equivalent) process mapping notations High proficiency in data querying and management techniques Proven analytical abilities including root-cause-analysis capabilities Experience in generating process documentation and reports Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business ServicesPreferred Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science Extensive experience with data visualization Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio Familiar with the Agile project management approach Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and user testing High proficiency in technical writing,
