    Role: Business Analyst-Insurance BrokerageExperience: 5-8 YearsNotice Period: Immediate JoinersJob Duties & Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and develop detailed project plans Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation Develop and document data models to support business processes Develop user interfaces and reports to support organizational goals Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing Design and develop business intelligence solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success Provide user support and troubleshooting Monitor project progress and provide regular updates Maintain knowledge of industry trends and apply them to organizational needsEducation & Experience Bachelors degree in Business or related field 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field Strong understanding of business process and data analysis Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, and other related technologies
