The Risk and Finance solutions team requires a Business Analyst to work on the Business analysis, solution and design across the liquidity risk and balance sheet management systems for a range of regulatory and technical optimization requirements. The successful candidate will be an experienced technology business analyst solution engineer that has worked in a global banking environment on large scale and complex system architectures. Responsibilities Help business in scoping requirements and apprise them of various solutions alternatives in order to set achievable requirements which meet business objectives Work with technology, vendor and business change teams to gain an in depth understanding of the end- to- end system implementation, architecture and liquidity riskBSM business processes Work closely and collaboratively with development and partner engineering teams. Document and present systems solution designs and architecture. Prepare detailed component functional specifications in line with bank standards. Conduct impact analysis and create solutions managing technology impact and clearly document and raise assumptionsrisks. Define cost effective and detailed technology solutions that meet scoped business requirements in line with guiding principles and bank standards. Provide support and guidance across all phases of the project lifecycle, including assistance defining test strategyplans, data migration strategy, release planning etc. Support release implementations weekends when necessary. Assist with urgent ad- hoc business requirements that may arise. Help drive technology design towards consolidated and simplified integration architecture. Conduct solution training and walk- through for business stake holders Build relationships with key stakeholders both business and technology. Timely and clear communications to management. Skills Must o 5- 10 years of functional experience in Liquidity Intraday Liquidity Change Management roles o Knowledge of Basel Liquidity regulations and good understanding of Intraday Liquidity and Nostro o Expertise in SQL and experience with waterfall agile methodologies o Experience in analysing data to draw business- relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills o To act as a business solution owner of the projects target state and support analysis included in relevant concept and methodology papers required for preparation of BRDs o To be accountable for ensuring that detailed requirements are documented in BRDs, and are duly signed off by relevant stakeholders o To ensure that the new solutions comply with internal procedures external regulatory guidelines and project deliverables are properly understood by business stakeholders, project team, and end- users. o To validate that the strategic system architecture proposed by Technology is fit for its business purpose and is in line with the agreed business target state o To drive prioritization taking into consideration business benefits, delivery timelines, system performance etc. o To centrally coordinate system interfacesdependencieschange releases for the Treasury and Liquidity Reporting work streams and ensure alignment across all centres o Communication with the policy owners and producers of regulatory and internal risk metrics to understand their processes and to push the business perspective. o Communication with desks to understand user needs and resolve issues Nice to have o Knowledge on CVA CCPs risk application process in Capital
