Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction: The purpose of this role is to set up the key Data Architecture capabilities in Pune for HR Data and Functions Data Platform in general. Primary responsibility of the role will be to design and architect Data solutions for end to end business outcomes for HR data requirements. Additionally, the role will build similar capability across other verticals in Functions Data Platform.What will you be doing Experience in extracting and processingtesting data using SQL and Excel Good Knowledge on SQL scripts- thorough understanding of DB concepts like functions, Views and joins Knowledge and experience in using advanced MS Excel formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Data testing and basic testing knowledge which includes creating and executing test scenarios, test case and test report Analyze business reports and drive solution for issues Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business and technical teamsWhat we re looking for: Hands-on experience of 4+ or more years in Software testing Expert in SQL scripts with 2+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience of working using advanced MS Excel formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP Experience of working with Agile methodologies Skills that will help you in the role: Experience of working with an investment bank is highly desirable.
