Develop frameworks and use strategy deployment tools to review and measure Sales Strategy and analyse business proposals Research competition to identify threats and opportunities Assess Sales operational and strategic performance Provide support and insight into significant changes affecting Organization including Market environment, Government Policies, Competition trends and focus eg., Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes Construct forecasts and analytical models Educate Sales & Segment Leaders with your analytical insights and help them to make effective decisions Engage the organisation to promote the efficient and effective deployment of Sales Strategy Support action plan owners to correctly report progress and develop root cause counter measures when required Collaborate with Stakeholders across business and effectively drive strategy deployment, measurement & monitoring Effectively Manage Sales CRM and provide key reports like forecast Vs target, revenue forecast, budget Vs cost, profitability analysis, opportunity Wins Vs Losses Provide status reports to Sales Leaders and Mgmt. team Maintain Confidentiality & follow business code of conduct in your all deliverables Key Result Areas: Establish and develop the data basis for the area or regional area. Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and cooperation with the companies and divisions on reporting. Develop and implement systems for collection of data and to establish data models. Implement a data model in regional companies. Compose suggestions for the companies based on the analysis conducted. Ensure data collection and analysis on a regular basis. Create regular reports for the unit/function. Responsible for report writing. Create, communicate and follow-up on company specific annual targets. Qualification & Experience 5-8 years of experience with a bachelor s degree in Engineering and Post Graduation in business or related field or an MBA.,
