Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining a high-performance team of Business Analysts as a senior member, providing professional advice and managing an area within Business Analysis. Your role will involve leading technical areas within projects using available frameworks and tools, and establishing project plans with on-time and on-budget goals. You will also be responsible for managing and leading multiple phases of technical areas within projects, mapping full business processes, gathering business requirements, and running workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and assess risks to project success, agree on project approaches with stakeholders, and track activities against project schedules.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a senior member of the Business Analysis team, providing professional advice and managing an area within Business Analysis- Lead technical areas within projects using available frameworks and tools- Establish project plans with on-time and on-budget goals- Manage and lead multiple phases of technical areas within projects- Map full business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and produce detailed business requirement specification documents- Run workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements- Identify and assess risks to project success- Agree on project approaches with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans- Track activities against project schedules- Manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate- Handle training and build competency within the practiceQualifications Required:- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst- Strong experience in the Manufacturing Domain- Excellent client-facing skills- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and awareness of new and emerging technologies- Good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge- Proven ability to assure project meets quality standards and provide guidance on product quality- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools- Ability to provide technical guidance and solve technical queries from junior colleagues- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word- Experience using recommended project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and trackingNo additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
