We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Show More Key responsibilities- Review and update BCMS and EHS framework in line with Industry Best Practices and Standards & identify potential areas of improvement.- Plan, schedule and conduct internal assessments on BCMS requirements & EHS requirements for site and processes. - Develop an BCM and EHS assurance plan, scope and objectives for the agreed areas of responsibility and work with other GSC departments to ensure an effective holistic development of assurance plan.- Drive action plans resulting from assurance activities within the allocated area of responsibility.- Conduct periodic calls / discussions with BCP SPOCs from sites and processes and update status on BCP for all GSC sites.- Co-ordinate and publish monthly BCMS Site scorecards.- Coordinate with various SPOCs during contingencies and assist in recovery activities as required, Collate information on impact, level of recovery, document RCAs and Post Contingency reports and develop communication for GSC Leadership.Show More We are looking for- ISO 22301 certified lead implementer. - Through knowledge and understanding of core BCMS. - Practical knowledge of facilities risk management, BIA , Business continuity plans and Crisis Management. - Should have good understanding of facilities Management including Electrical, AirCon controls etc.,- 2 - 3 years in an BCMS function including implementation and governance, with strong documentation experience.- Strong analytical skills. - Very good oral/written communication, planning, project management, analytical, networking and influencing skills. - Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.Show More,
