Job Description

    • Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential clients.
    • Lead negotiations, address client inquiries, and close deals that benefit the client and the company.
    • We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products or services.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
    • Address and resolve client concerns as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
    • Travelling and Attending business events is a must.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
    • Experience in sales and client servicing, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
    • Knowing Hindi is an added advantage.
    • Willing to travel.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Client-focused approach and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
