Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Student Outreach & Sales
    • Engage with prospective students and parents, understanding their study-abroad goals and providing personalized solutions.
    • Educate students on university options, application procedures, and financing solutions.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential applicants, nurturing leads through the entire admissions process.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic student engagement.
    1. Relationship Building & Counseling
    • Develop rapport with students and parents, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the study abroad journey.
    • Understand each students academic profile, career aspirations, and financial constraints to provide tailored recommendations.
    • Provide guidance on test preparation, university selection, and document submission requirements.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for students.
    1. Lead Management & CRM Optimization
    • Manage, track, and update student interactions using CRM tools to ensure follow-ups and engagement.
    • Optimize sales funnels and lead conversion strategies through data-driven decision-making.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation and student acquisition.
    1. Events & Community Engagement
    • Attend and conduct virtual and in-person events, webinars, and seminars to drive brand awareness and student enrollments.
    • Represent Admitix at education fairs and networking events, expanding our reach in the international education space.
    • Collaborate with industry experts to create workshops, informational sessions, and student engagement initiatives.
    RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.
    • 1-3 year of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply!).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
    • A passion for education, student success, and international mobility.
    • Goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience in study abroad consulting, EdTech, or education sales.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation.
    • Familiarity with university admissions processes in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
    • Experience conducting student counseling sessions or academic advising.
