Are Outside Sales professionals who can prospect, negotiate and close LivingSocial Deals in a fast-paced environment while creating a strong merchant pipeline Job Requirements
- Business Development
- Develop and cultivate leads for FrillMedia Deals using a variety of online and offline sources
- Set up phone meetings with qualified prospects for Business Presentations
- Client Visiting & Tie up, maintaining good relationship.
- Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms and acquire prospective commitment
- Manage relationships with established clients and construct proposals and contracts within sellingguidelines
- Communicate ongoing contact and sales activities
- Provide documentation on new client acquisitions to the operations team
- Meet individual quarterly and annual sales goals Required Skills
  - Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience is required. Online advertising, direct marketing, local advertising are a plus
  - Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at alldecision-making levels
  - Show knowledge of social media such as Facebook and Twitter
  - Exhibit self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations
  - Possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meetdeadlines
  - Strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment
  - Must be proactive and self driven individual
  - Experience in dealing with top management is a plus Soft Skills
    - Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
    - Personal Integrity
    - Excellent leadership, team handling and client interfacing skills
    - Strong English written, verbal, and comprehension skills required
