Job Description

    • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
    • Assisting in crafting business proposals, mails and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
    • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
    • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
    • Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
    • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
    • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
    • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
    • Help to plan sales campaigns with team and senior management.
    • carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree / MBA in Sales, marketing, business administration.
    • Education Industry or Ed-Tech sales experience.
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience in working/managing teams.
    • Ed-Tech industry experience will be highly preferred.
    • Experience in managing school contact programs/campaigns will be advantageous.
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication is a must for this role.
    • Flexible to Change: A lot of things will be new and any new task is challenging to deal with. We need the candidate to be flexible in handling these challenges and to be able to adapt and work seamlessly around regular changes.
    • Process Driven: We need someone who can build, scale and optimize processes. Must be good at creating professional documents and sheets as part of creating strong processes.
    • Problem Solver: We are looking for people who have the ability to look at problems differently and come up with possible solutions to best solve problems.
    • Team Worker: Our team will be expanding quite quickly over time, so we require this candidate to be a people person who has no problems working with various teams seamlessly.
    • Analytical and Data-Driven: Data is everything and we need a person who believes this. You need to be data-driven and have the ability to optimize process performances based on data and analysis.
