Job Description

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Marketing activities to generate lead.
    • Branch leads follow up and conversion.
    • Conversion of leads to logins.
    • Achieving assigned monthly productivity
    • Sourcing quality portfolio
    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 Years of HL/ LAP sales experience.
    • Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.
    • Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.
    • Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.
    • Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
    • Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per requirement.
    • Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
    • Maintain daily sales report.
    • Collect 2 references from every login customer for AHF.
