Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience into Business Development Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails Handle inbound sales leads, convert them into opportunities and take it to closure Research B2B and D2E accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain, expand and nurture prospects database in the Indian market (Must speak Hindi) Analyze the B2B market and thoroughly understand the addressable market, our competitors and their product/ services, and stay updated with the latest industry trends Collaborate with marketing team and design marketing plans to improve inbound sales Research B2B accounts and work with market research team to build database with the most appropriate influencer and/ or decision maker contacts Reach out to potential contacts through personalized emails, phone calls, voicemails and pitch our services while explaining how we can add value to their firm Develop a strong pipeline with qualified opportunities and be able to forecast sales numbers on a weekly/ monthly basis Adhere to business etiquette; update CRM with all opportunities and maintain enquiry tracker, opportunity tracker, sales reports, etc. Convert opportunities into deals and achieve sales quotas and targets Build strong business relationship with customers and maintain customer centrism,
