Job Description

We are one of the leading Digital Marketing Companies in Chennai. Currently, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to assist the Organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. Also should be capable of devising plans to develop and implement them for the achievement of our revenue goals.We are especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you will be expected to interact with clients of different business on a daily basis.Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future.Roles and Responsibilities:-Perform Market research to identify new leads and establish strategies for converting them to our clients.-Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.-Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities-Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)-Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients-Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client informationRequirements:-Experience in sales, marketing or related field for lead generation and prospect management.-Competency in English and with good written and verbal communication-Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour-Must have excellent interpersonal skills-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.-Persuasive and goal-oriented.-Excellent Analytical and Time Management Skills.-Able to professionally and confidently communicate with new leads and clients-Must have good negotiation skills-Must be detail-oriented and an active listenerLocation: ChennaiExperience: 1-3 YearsEducation : UG: Any Graduate in any SpecializationPG: Any Postgraduate in any specializationFresh Graduates interested in Marketing can also applySalary:Attractive salary - Negotiable
