*Job Brief :*We are looking for an energetic business development Manager for growing ourrecruitment services business.You will be the front face of the company bringing financial results,managing team and maintaining customer satisfaction*Responsibilities:*Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial growth and customersatisfactionConduct research to identify new customers in assigned territory forbusiness growthArrange business meetings with prospective clients as needed for achievingbusinessPromote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policiesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff for effective execution of recruitment*Requirements*- Candidate shall possess 8 - 10 years sales experience and shall bespecialized in recruitment/HR with minimum 5 years in managerial / teamhandling experience.- Any Graduate or post graduate in Business Administration or HR ispreferred- Location : Chennai- Annual CTC : Rs 5.0 - 6.0 lacs linked to performance.- Possess good negation and communications skills- People management skills is mandatory- Proficiency in English, Tamil- Proven Sales Record and team ( 5 - 10 direct reporting persons) handlingexperience- Possess good computer knowledge of MS office and CRM reporting.- Timely reporting on business parameters and other KRAs/ metrics.
