Job Description

    Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Visit all the probable areas to attract customers (Motor Insurance) Lead the franchise partners to enhance sales and give support to their team Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Set in SOP for the franchise partners and monitor the progress for efficiency Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleRequirements:Should have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Should have strong track record of success within prior experience in any insurance/Telecom/Automobileindustry Should be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and managesenior level relationships.
