Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be developing and implementing comprehensive business development plans for assigned clinics, focusing on market expansion, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.What you will do:
    • Leading and managing a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
    • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians and referral sources
    • Developing and executing effective marketing and promotional campaigns (Workshops, CMEs etc) to generate awareness and driving patient inquiries
    • Generating qualified leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives
    • Overseeing the patient intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective patients
    • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
    • Managing and monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
    • Fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the cluster
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinic staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals
    • Networking with industry professionals at conferences, events, and professional organizations
    • Travelling to assigned clinics as needed
    • Staying updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies
    • Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager/ Management from time to time
    What you need to have:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or fertility clinic industry
    • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales and revenue targets
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Analytical approach to problem-solving
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
