Our mission is to streamline the construction material supply chain and provide a seamless experience for our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, and meeting sales targets. The manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications Proven experience in business development and sales Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and. negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities Knowledge of the construction industry and procurement processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Fluency in English and local language Experience in a startup environment is a plus,
