Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Bancassurance Manager to lead and drive theBancassurance channel for our life insurance products. The successful candidate will beresponsible for building and managing relationships with partner banks, driving sales throughthe bancassurance channel, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This rolerequires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of life insurance products, strongleadership skills, and a proven track record in successfully managing bancassurancepartnerships.Key Responsibilities:1.Bancassurance Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effectivecollaboration. Drive the implementation of bancassurance strategies to achieve businessobjectives.2.Sales and Revenue Generation: Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel. Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.3.Training and Development: Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insuranceproducts. Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve saleseffectiveness.4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurancechannel.5.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-relatedactivities.6.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets. Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.Qualifications and Skills:1.Bachelors degree in any discipline2. 1-2 Years experience in BFSI/Any banking sales(Loans,insurance,banking products).3.Age - Max 38 Years4.
