Roles and responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: High focus on developing/ maintaining new as well as existing accounts. Mine, penetrate, manage, administer and expand relationship/ sales with new Enterprise and IT and Non-IT clients. Work closely with recruitment staff and sales team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recuitment focus meets the clients expectations. Acquire contract staffing/ permanent job orders and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them. Maintain relationships with client/ hiring managers so as to receive ongoing requiementsInterface with all levels of management and support clients projects or staffing needs. Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities. Work independently. Work with others; takes responsibilities for team success/ failuresPrepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, business and market trendsRequired Candidate profileJob Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors and / or Post graduation Experience: 3 - 5 years.
