Roles and Responsibilities: High focus on developing/ maintaining new as well as existing accounts.Mine, penetrate, manage, administer and expand relationship/ sales with new Enterprise and IT and Non-IT clients.Work closely with recruitment staff and sales team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recuitment focus meets the clients expectations.Acquire contract staffing/ permanent job orders and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them.Maintain relationships with client/ hiring managers so as to receive ongoing requiementsInterface with all levels of management and support clients projects or staffing needs.Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities.Work independently.Work with others; takes responsibilities for team success/ failuresPrepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, business and market trends,
