Clear and constant communication with Business Development (BD) leaders, weekly BD meeting/reporting with senior staff 1. Manage lead generation and tracking as relationship development process; oversee local CRM/opportunity tracking system process 2. Knows firm portfolio in detail, understands practice area capabilities, actively seeks out firm s best practices for use in office PA efforts 3. Conducts internal and external research on new opportunities, prospective clients, and practice areas 4. Leads strategy/kickoff meetings with BD champions 5. Creates pitch strategy/budget with BD champion including research, network mapping, tasks/milestones, and reviews 6. Researches targets, internal relationships, company history, market position; ensures client or 3rd party QA and site visits 7. Partners with leadership and marketing team to deliver pitch strategy throughout process and manage project close out 8. Conceptualizes/writes/designs new material as needed to support marketing programs

1. Manages daily workload/staffing for marketing team 2. Develops staff and growing strategic contribution of marketers, conduct learning programs for all staff on client issues, practice area marketing, networking, etc. 3. Develops structures and responsibilities for marketing staff; perform regular professional development reviews and address any gaps in performance 4. Seeks out and implements process and content improvements; coaches peers on new ideas 5. Maintains consistency of marketing deliverables, alignment with firm brand standards, resources, and initiatives. Helps others learn KGD Architecture brand standards.
