    INFOC, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Chennai. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Tamil Nadu by establishing new office locations and building a robust sales pipeline.Are you A highly motivated and ambitious professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the IT and technology landscape, preferably with experience in Microsoft solutions. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. What You Will Do: Conduct market research to identify potential clients. across Tamil Nadu. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand INFOCs market presence. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Oversee the setup and launch of new INFOC offices in strategic locations across Tamil Nadu. Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline for sustainable business growth. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams.
