Role: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive Education: (B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / MBA) - Computer Graduates or equivalent to any Specialization or related field. Job Duration: Permanent ABSOLUTE Requirements for success: More than Five years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business environment (ideally in IT outsourcing services , professional services or solutions selling) Experience selling to small , mid - size and Fortune 1000 corporations Passion for delivering positive , measurable results Internally motivated with self confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations Must be a highly skilled hunter and / or farmer , highly motivated by a performance based compensation plan Roles Responsibilities: Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with JAVA based clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C - Level executives Identifying prospective clients create the go to market plan for the identified territory industry vertical Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification , proposal , final selection , due diligence and closing Willing to travel to USA Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business Cultivate , generate grow large scale relationships for new accounts. Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements. In addition , also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory. Must have existing client company relationships Must be a self - starter and be self - motivated High Energy and hungry for success Must have intangibles sales experience Prior account management experience in the IT outsourcing industry Ability to articulate value propositions Experience with team selling approach Previous experience as a Business Development Manager with top consulting firm and track record as a Top Performer in your peer group.
