Min. 5 yrs exp. in a Builders Office in land procurement / liaison works Experience in land aggregation / procurement for plotted layouts preferred Skill Set & Knowledge Knowledge of CMDA, DTCP rules related to special buildings, MSB and plotted layouts required Competent in computing skills - MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, PPP, Internet Browsing Job Role 1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in liasion with government rganisations and regulatory authorities. Need to liasion with CMDA, DTCP, Tahsildhar, Revenue Office, Taluk Office, VAO, village authorities, state government authorities. Exposure to Land liasioning preferable. 2. Working knowledge of CMDA rules, DTCP rules and / or legal background to handle CMDA works, Tahsildar works etc. 3. Preparation of statutory drawings for approvals from the various Government agencies like CMDA, DTCP, AAAI, CMWSSB, PCB, Environmental norms, AIR etc 4. Obtaining patta, EC, FMB maps, legal heirship certificates, road width certificates etc to strengthen title 5. Liasioning with the various Government departments for sanction plan approvals 6. Managing the entire liasioning process from end- to- end for sanction approvals 7. Reviewing land proposals including visiting, surveying, negotiating with landowners, contacting brokers, reviewing newspaper ads for lands for sale/ joint development. 8. Developing relations with land brokers, landowners, fund companies, international brokers. 9. Coordinating the review of parent documents and title scrutiny with legal departments 10. Preparing land purchase / joint development agreements 11. Managing and coordinating with Landowners through the life of the project 12. Coordinating with banks for approval of the title for home / project loans ,
