Search Jobs Job DescriptionJob Role and Responsibilities:We are searching for a talented, dynamic, hands on Business Operations Analyst to be part of the Strategic Business Operations team within the SEBU SASE BU. For the third year, VMware SD-WAN leads the WAN Edge Infrastructure market in Gartner s Magic Quadrant, continuing to be placed furthest in Completeness of Vision and highest in Ability to Execute. Additionally, VMware SD-WAN goes beyond the basics to offer a true, complete SASE solution that supports enterprises shift to the cloud within a dynamic and changing world.You will work collaboratively across broader business operations teams as well as sales, IT, and back-office accounting teams to drive strategic business operations projects in general, and also specifically for hardware fulfillment and retrieval workstreams.Responsibilities:

  • Drive all POC hardware retrieval workstreams
  • Support RMA operations
  • Support integration projects related to recent acquisitions
  • Support Business Operations projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate within the BU to solve complex multi-stakeholder problems, drive business planning, and execute strategy
Required Skills:
  • 5 years of work experience within any of the following areas: business operations, business analysis, finance, accounting, or data science
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI tools
  • Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills
  • High level of accountability and integrity, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Work well in a global virtual environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
