    Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: AR3108 Job Title: BA CRM - Balakumar -- Alfred (Suganya) Category: Mandatory Skill: Business Analyst with Strong CRM experience, mainly looking in Automotive domain. Responsibilities: Provide front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle leveraging best practices Drive adoption and business benefits through day to day support, training and change requests Liaise with business group representatives and stakeholders to help identify automation opportunities of existing processes leveraging technology tools Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms (through definition of best practices, generate ideas for improvement and management of special projects) Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient and confident user base Own the release communication planning, execution, success definition, measurement and post implementation efforts Maintain the customer relationship management toolSkills: Strong business acumen, excellent knowledge of business processes and CRM best practice required Power user experience in any CRM tool is a must Basic knowledge CRM processes in the area of sales, service & marketing and the utilization of IT systems for this Minimum 5 years experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics Proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions Key Skills: Mandatory Skill: Business Analyst with Strong CRM experience, mainly looking in Automotive domain.
